How dare your technicians show up on time, do not only a great job, but a terrifically superb job. And what's with the neat attire, courteous and the knowledgeable demeanor. It's unheard of that this behavior is allowed to continue. Richie and Mike were the service technicians for my home. These gentlemen are a tremendous credit to your business organization. Generally, it's a feeling of pride and a strong work ethic that produces employees like Richie and Mike. I'm optimistic these traits are not vanishing on this generation. Thanking you for your service beyond (most) expectations, but not mine!

Our air conditioner was just not cooling the way that we thought it should, so we called Air One Heating & Cooling , when they arrived they were very professional and explained what they were going to do, not only did they clean our unit and make the house cooler but they also discovered another problem the plenum was not insulated correctly causing water on our unit. This could have cause problems in the future, once they were finished they cleaned up and you would have never know anyone was there. They went the extra mile making sure everything was working correctly. Thanks Air One!

Is your house real dusty? We decided to have our 20 year old air conditioning ducts replaced. I dusted on a Monday and on the following Monday, there was a little dust. This was not typical of the huge amount of dust before the ducts were replaced. Airone was efficient, professional, and have greatly assisted in the housework department at my house. You should think about changing your ducts!

Amazing service! Richie and Timothy came out today to do my first service on the maintenance plan. They were awesome! In and out in an hour an a half. Richie was very knowledgeable about my a/c unit and the different services his company offered. He explained the service agreement in great detail and also gave me a great run down of my unit. Very personable service. I've never had such personable service. Richie rocks!!

I wanted to make sure you guys know how happy I was with the professional service I received from Stephan this week. He did a thorough job in diagnosing my AC problem, was able to provide a number of solutions and saved me a ton of money. I did have another technician from your competitor come over the day before and did a terrible job, did not find the root cause of our AC issue, then told me we need to purchase a whole house unit for $14,000 and that we need to go with there company because they are the best...Well, I know who the best is, you guys.....and I plan to tell everyone this....Great job...thanks again Stephan for being so professional.

Wonderful service! Mike is incredibly professional, prides himself on personalized care, integrity, and he obviously takes great pride in his work. He is neat, clean, and exceeded all my expectations, which makes him a top contractor in my book. I should say I value long term relationships with contractors and I am very particular, so it's very high praise to say I chose to switch contractors after 25+ years with my old HVAC co. and hope to be using Air One and Mike going forward. Highly recommended!

I was so pleased my service. The guy arrived 10 minutes early. He inspected condenser thoroughly and checked the capacitor and realized that's all that needed to be changed. I felt like he wasn't tying to rip me off and trily just wanted to fix what was broken. Thank you so much to your company.​
